How can I pay for my order?

We accept paypal payments only. Visit www.paypal.com.au to find out more.

How do I place an order?

It is easy to place an order online. After find the products your need, please just click "add to cart". You can change you order at any time by clicking on your shopping cart from the right side.

You may also email us your order at sales@toner-sales.com.au.

I have completed my order, but I have not recevied the comfirmation email.

You might have entered the wrong email address, check your spam filter or junk email box. If you have not received your confirmation email within 2 business days then please contact us here.

How much is the shipping cost?.

We only ship to Australia. Shipping will be provided by a courier service or Aus Post chosen by Toner-Sales.com.au, these will be determined on weight and location of delivery.
We have standard set rates for locations, all rates are EX GST these are as follows:

Melbourne Metro / Outer Metro - Up to 25kg $9.50
Regional Victoria 
- Up to 25kg $15.00

Adelaide Metro / Outer Metro - Up to 25kg $9.50
Regional South Australia -
Up to 25kg $15.00

Brisbane Metro / Outer Metro - Up to 25kg $9.50
Regional Queensland - Up to 25kg $15.00

Perth Metro / Outer Metro - Up to 25kg $9.50
Regional Western Australia - Up to 25kg $15.00

New South Wales - Flat rate of $15.00 per 25kg

Tasmania
- Flat rate of $15.00 per 25kg

Northern Territory - Flat rate of $15.00 per 25kg + $10.00 Surcharge

Australian Capital Territory
- Flat rate of $15.00 per 25kg

Do you offer free shipping?

We do not offer free shipping.

Are your products guaranteed?

Our prodcuts are 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any product from toner-sales.com.au, you may return it within 7 days of purchase. We will replace or refund it.

When will I receive my order?

All in-stock orders placed before 12:00pm Monday through Friday ship the same day. Normally you will receive your order within 48 hours (if located in main postal areas). if you live outside the main postal network, this could be up to 7 days. Your order status will be notified by email. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact us here.

I have only received part of my order .. Where is the rest of it?

In some cases where orders are placed, our stock levels may be shown wrong or products may not be currently available from our distributor. In these cases, orders may be part-shipped .. we will notify you by email if this is the case.

I have found a better price elsewhere!

If you have found a better price elsewhere, please let us know! .. We will always do our best to match or beat our competitors pricing.

Do you offer store pickup?

The answer is NO. Items are only available online. To continually offer the best pricing on products our overheads are kept at a minimum. All email enquiries are treated with the utmost importance.

Why cant I contact you by phone?

On the same principle to not offering store pickup, To give you the best prices on our products we have done away with servicing phone staff. All email enquiries are treated with the utmost importance.

Where can I get a copy of my invoice?

If you need a copy of your current or previous order invoices, You can either follow the link in your order email or login to 'My Account' and select 'View' next to the invoice of your choice. At the bottom of the page you can then click 'Print Order Invoice'.
